The Wait is Over!
Pléiades Neo imagery is now commercially available on the OneAtlas platform. After 4 years of manufacturing, hours of training and thousands of people working on Pléiades Neo, we are now able to deliver 30cm imagery with unprecedented precision dedicated to your needs, within sectors including defence and security, maritime, agriculture, oil and gas, finance as well as many other possibilities.

Pléiades Neo 4: Get Ready for the Launch!
With 3 days to go, the second Pléiades Neo satellite is ready to launch from Kourou, French Guyana on 16 August 2021! It will be phased 180° with Pléiades Neo 3 on the same orbit to start forming the new constellation.

Pléiades Neo 4, Countdown has Commenced!
The second Pléiades Neo satellite, already at its launch site, will be launched from Kourou in French Guyana on 10th August 2021. Pléiades Neo 4 will be the constellation’s second 30cm native resolution satellite in orbit. The remaining two Pléiades Neo satellites will be launched in mid-2022.

Pléiades Neo Satellites Arrive in Kourou for Launch
The first two Airbus-built Pléiades Neo imaging satellites have arrived at Cayenne airport, French Guiana and are now en route to the European Space Centre in Kourou. Scheduled to launch in April 2021 on a Vega launcher, Pléiades Neo 3, the first of the new generation of very high-resolution satellites will join the existing Airbus fleet of optical and radar satellites, with increased resolution, revisit and coverage. It will be closely followed by its twin, Pléiades Neo 4, also scheduled for launch on a Vega rocket a few weeks later.

The first two Pléiades Neo satellites are now qualified and ready and will soon be heading to the launch pad in French Guyana. Their launch is now scheduled for very early 2021!During the tests, the satellites are subjected to extreme temperatures and vacuum, vibration and acoustic noise, as well as electromagnetic interference. This will ensure they can withstand the harsh conditions they will experience during launch and their mission in orbit.
