The current working groups for Incident Command and ScResponse are well established and have proven to be invaluable to the progress and direction of our software. I would like to remind everyone of this process and for those who have not already, offer the opportunity to join and get involved; we are currently in the process of organising a similar group for ScGuide. Priority will be given to users who currently have the software live or in mid-deployment.

If you would like to be involved in the working group please contact Hannah.knowles@airbus.com to discuss further.

The working groups are focused on helping us prioritise the product roadmap and help define the detail on the top priority roadmap requests. Below are the typical working group activities that will require your time.

  1. Attend a Web Ex/conference call meeting approximately once every 2 months for 1-3 hours.
  2. 2-3 times a year asses the priority of features on product roadmaps by allocating a priority score.
  3. Respond to ad hoc requests for information about how particular SAFEcommand features are used or how you would want a new feature to work.

This is just indicative of the kind of things we would expect of you and we understand that not everyone can contribute on every occasion.

Even if you do not want to be part of the groups but have suggestions or requirements that you would like to see in the products please do get in touch by logging a call with the Service Desk, we can then discuss and add your request to the roadmap for discussion with the working group.
