Special rates accommodations have been negotiated in an hotel located in the downtown of Toulouse:

54-56 Boulevard Lazare Carnot, 31000 Toulouse

Single room 134€ including breakfast / Double room 152€ including breakfast
This negotiated rate is available until 18/02/2020.

A dedicated bus service will be provided on both days between the hotel and the conference locations.

Notice: Please notice that arrival transfers will not be arranged between airport/ train station and the hotels.
