WorldDEM of Romania, River Jiu - DTM

The image shows an area in the North of Craiova. The city is Romania's 6th largest city and capital of Dolj County, situated near the east bank of the river Jiu in central Oltenia. The river Jiu flows southward through the Romanian counties Hunedoara, Gorj and Dolj before flowing into the Danube river. The WorldDEM DTM is derived from the WorldDEM™ by removing vegetation and man-made objects to show the bare terrain of the Earth’s surface.
