Identification name of the current projection parameter

Description :

This keyword provides the name of the projection parameter being described. The list of projection parameters is dependent upon the chosen Projection Coordinate Transform (PROJECTION_CT_NAME/CODE). This name gives the textual definition asociated to PROJECTION_PARAMETER_CODE. The name space is defined by the GEO_TABLES keyword.
