At Airbus for 15 years now, I currently work as a Focal Point for the “Emergency & Process Support” services within the tasking team. This role allows me to combine my technical expertise with customer relations, while providing support to my team members in our daily operations. I take great pride and passion in serving our customers worldwide with new images, thanks to our fleet of Pléiades Neo, Pléiades and SPOT satellites. Tasking satellites can be challenging, especially with the arrival of new satellites, projects or customers who constantly push us to innovate and provide the highest level of service!

With a 20 year incredible journey, I believe that I could always keep my passion to do better with my team to satisfy our Chinese customers. Thanks to the incredible platform provided by Airbus, I am proud to be a part of the team introducing and promoting the latest and cutting-edge spatial and Earth Observation technology to our customers and business partners.

I am proud to be a part of Airbus Intelligence. Our teams are passionate about Earth Observation and we continually drive its capabilities. We develop innovative products and services that support organisations in gaining reliable and sustainable environmental insight, infrastructure asset integrity, business intelligence, and accelerate digital transformation, analytics, and 3D visualization through remote sensing technologies. We interpret big data, identify patterns, predict change, and unlock geospatial intelligence, helping our clients and partners meet new challenges and grow their organizations with digital geo-data solutions. The opportunity to contribute directly to such work at Airbus has been fantastic.

In our In-Service Support (ISS)/After Sales department I have lots of contacts with internal and external stakeholders. The work is very interesting and I am able to push topics independently. The goal that my team and I pursue is to fully satisfy our customers and make their systems available at all times. This results in new challenges every day, which makes my job so varied and exciting. I am proud to be part of Airbus.

I had the luck to work for Airbus Commercial and Airbus Defence and Space, and to live in Toulouse, Hamburg, Bristol and Ulm.
