We are sure this newsletter finds you very busy with lots of year ending business activities. Inline to the previous newsletter, we highlight our key relevant activities and news for your information. I am sure you will take note of the new Stack Insight service (a unique service for the mining industry), forthcoming developments on GeoStore and our efforts of engagement with you globally.
In the last letter I spoke about our Channel Partner Engagement Survey and now we are now in a position to give you an overview of the collected responses. The survey attracted 128 respondents from 96 companies around the globe. The survey was structured per sales region, was very short, concise, and had lots of open ended questions. This gave all of you ample opportunity to express your happiness and concerns (there weren’t many :-)). You, again, reconfirmed our strengths of having committed people, a diverse portfolio, and flexibility to change with an amazing brand value. Thanks to your honest and active participation, we noticed interesting regional trends (i.e.: new competition, more desire for regional marketing support, preference for higher resolution and cloud based solutions) and are now working on a plan to build a profitable future with you. Thank you once again for your participation.
