The Customer Satisfaction Improvement Programme FOCUS of Airbus Defence and Space’s Geo-Intelligence programme line, is based on several initiatives to enhance our “customer feedback and service”. One element was to engage with our customers in order to let them have their say on the service we deliver and their experiences with Geo-Intelligences products and services.
