Daily Coverage in a Single Pass
100,000 km² in less than five minutes
Five north-south data strips 330km long and 60km wide, covering an area of 100,000-km²., were acquired in a single pass in less than five minutes.
The SPOT 6 and SPOT 7 constellation is specifically designed to efficiently monitor large areas on a daily basis. This capacity makes them particularly suitable to serve maritime applications such as search and rescue operations or sea pollution monitoring.
