TerraSAR-X Radar Mosaic of Tenerife, Spain

Radar Mosaic MCSAR of Tenerife, Spain, composed of 46 TerraSAR-X SpotLight Acquisitions. The mosaic has a resolution of 5m and shows the distinct features of the island: the Teide Volcano (with 3,718m the heighest mountain in Spain) and the Caldera in the centre of the island, the capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the North East coast and the new airport in the South of the island.
A Radar Mosaic MCSAR is a seamless assembly of adjacent images into a single, harmonised dataset and provides seamless image information of a geographical area larger than a standard scene.
